On site Capabilities

Here at Eastern Automation, we take safety seriously and work in accordance with ISO45001 and ISO14001. Our experienced team of engineers and tradespeople are always available for hydraulic and pneumatic system servicing, including troubleshooting and auditing of systems on site. We carry the latest equipment including data loggers for live pressure and flow testing, as well as oil particle cleanliness, all calibrated with our ISO9001 system.

Complete Hydraulic Systems

We have extensive experience working with AS4024, the Australian standard for safe machine design. As we work independently, we’re not tied to any single brand, allowing us to source the best‑fit or equivalent components for every application. Our focus is on building strong partnerships with our clients to improve system reliability and minimise downtime.

We also design and sell custom Hydraulic Power Units for a wide range of industrial applications, including:

Our in house engineers can also create full 3D models of HPUs and systems, and provide detailed Manufacturer Data Reports (MDRs) including mill certificates, Factor of Safety calculations and more.

PROCESS

When beginning work on an Industrial Hydraulic project, a member from Eastern Automation will visit your site and review the scope of your requirement, ensuring to capture as much information early on as possible. We are also available for feasibility and advice.

One of our qualified engineers will then work closely with you, working with transparency to determine the project requirements and put together a custom design and solution that works for you.

WATER HYDRAULICS

Our water hydraulics solutions are designed for environments where traditional oil‑based hydraulic systems pose a contamination risk, such as drinking water infrastructure.

Pure water (H₂O) hydraulic systems are also ideal for applications requiring the highest level of environmental protection, including dams and waterways, pharmaceutical facilities, as well as food and beverage processing.
